I can't believe Thanksgiving is over, it went by so fast. We went to Mom's for Thanksgiving, even through she told us kids that she was retiring from hosting holidays she is once again hosting Thanksgiving.
Maya was so cute, she totally understand what thanksgiving is this year, she is nearly 3 years old and she amazes me how much she really understands. It was only my sister (her kids were with their father this year), myself and Maya with Mom and Sal. It was a quiet day but it was nice. We helped Mom get her Christmas things down, she has one of those pre-lite trees, it's great just take it out of the box and put three pieces together and you have your 7 foot tree. Of course one string of lights were out, what a site to see three grown adults trying to figure out which light is out to cause all of them not to work. A day later and we finally found the problem but a replacement light in and how only one string of lights blinks. Not what Mom wants. So needless to say she has instructed us to figure it out.
